- Drafting contracts of employment, consultancy agreements and directors’ service agreements.

- Providing suites of workplace template documents e.g. for sickness absence, maternity leave, other types of parental leave, overseeing performance issues etc.

- Advising on redundancies and proving all related documentation.

- Drafting template letters and scripts for HR advisers and managers to follow when running employment based procedures.

- Providing day-to-day ad hoc advice on dealing with employment law and HR issues/questions that arise at work.

- Training in-house HR departments and managers on how to approach employment procedures with sensitivity whilst also complying with employment law rules.

- Providing bespoke letters to employees that deal with difficult or sensitive topics, such as dismissal for gross misconduct.

- Negotiating Settlement Agreements.

- Advising on employment law statutory and contractual rights.

- Advising on data protection privacy notices for employees and job applicants.
